Veterans For Clean Water (VCFW) is a proud program of Savannah Riverkeeper.  Our mission is simple: better, healthier, cleaner water shouldn’t be a privilege.  Our unit works to clean local waterways, sample popular recreation spots, and better our neighborhoods.

Sponsoring a seasonal site is a unique way for local businesses to show a commitment to clean water and keeping families safe in the middle river region.  Each site sponsor’s 500-dollar contribution is 100% tax-deductible.

Veterans For Clean Water is a strong promoter of recreation throughout the entire Savannah River basin.  Whether it be swimming, fishing, or boating, we believe that the Savannah River is a special and unique place to spend your time.  That is the purpose of the Savannah Riverkeeper Paddle Pirate brand.  Show you believe in being on a healthy Savannah River by sporting a Paddle Pirate sticker on your boat, kayak, canoe, or vehicle. Today, a $5 donation to Veterans For Clean Water will get you your Paddle Pirate sticker.
